Should your gear fall short of your expectations within one year of purchase, we will make it right. Whether through a replacement, refund, or new gear, your confidence in what you wear is our highest priority.

Simply reach out to us at hello@simsekclothing.com and let us know what went wrong. Please consider attaching pictures and talk about details so that we can evaluate. Our team will make every effort to get you back outside as soon as possible.

Note 1: Due to high demand, your gear or its colorway might be sold out, but no worries! If this is the case, we will fix this another way (another product, gift card etc.) and make sure you walk out of this request happy.

Note 2: Your good care is of utmost importance with your pieces for us to honor this guarantee. Please refer to the care label of each garment and this article for general merino wool care guide. Good care will make your garments last longer.
