How to measure:

1) Chest - Measure straight under your arms around your body at the widest part of your chest.

2) Hips - Standing with your feet hip-width apart (standing with legs close but not touching), measure around your hips at the widest part.

3) Arm Length - Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist. A friend's help will come in handy when measuring this.
